Grapefruit Martini
60 ml Grapefruit Gin (I used 'Chase Pink Grapefruit & Pomelo')
25 ml Cointreau
40 ml Pink Grapefruit Juice
Juice of half a Lemon
Dash of Simple Syrup
Pour all Ingredients into a tall Shaker
Add Ice
Stir for 15-20 sec
Double strain into a Coupe Glass
garnish with dehydrated Grapefruit, Grapefruit or Lemon peel
Espresso Martini
50 ml Vodka
35 ml Kahlua
1 double Espresso
Dash of Simple Syrup
Pour all ingredients into a tall shaker
Add Ice
Shake hard for about 10-15 secs
Double strain
Garnish with Coffee Beans and Chocolate Dusting
Pornstar Martini
50 ml Vanilla Vodka
35 ml Passoa
35 ml Passion fruit Puree
25 ml Apple Juice
Juice of half a Lime
Add Simple Syrup to taste
Pour all Ingredients into a tall Shaker
Add Ice
Shake hard for 10-15 secs
Double strain into a Coupe Glass
Garnish with half a Passion fruit
Shot of Prosecco on the side
